Welcome to rang-reet.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our website, as well as your purchases with us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Sale and Purchase of Goods

RangReet Private Limited (“Seller”) agrees to sell, and you (“Buyer” or “Customer”) agree to purchase, the products as shown and confirmed on the checkout page (“Goods”) in accordance with these Terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All product prices are listed on the website and are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • Full payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will be processed only upon successful receipt of payment.
  • In case of failed or partial payments, orders will not be considered valid.
  • If refunds are applicable, any bank or payment gateway fees may be deducted.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery will be made as per our Shipping Policy in effect at the time of order.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates: 3–5 working days within India, 5–10 working days internationally.
  • We ship via reliable courier partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, UBX, and FedEx.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs clearance, strikes, etc.) are not within our control.
  • All products are packed securely using RangReet’s standard packaging practices.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All international shipments are currently sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning you do not have to pay customs duty at delivery.
  • In rare cases where customs charges are applied by the destination country, you may contact us, and we will issue a store credit equivalent to the duty amount paid.
  • If your country’s customs office requires documents (e.g. passport, Tax ID, etc.) for clearance, please provide them promptly. Failure to do so may result in return/rejection, and the order will be non-refundable in such cases.

5. Product Disclaimer

  • Color Variations: Product colors may slightly differ due to screen settings, photography lighting, and fabric textures. These minor differences do not qualify for returns.
  • Pricing Errors: If a product is listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch, with full refund issued.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are provided “as is” and are not covered under any additional warranty unless explicitly stated.
  • We do not guarantee the suitability of the product for any specific use unless mentioned.
  • RangReet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by use of our products.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, legal restrictions, strikes, technical failures, or courier disruptions.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Any part of this agreement deemed unenforceable will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
