Shipping policy

At RangReet, we are committed to delivering your orders with care, within the promised timeline, and in the best possible condition. We aim to provide a smooth shipping experience using trusted delivery partners.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We ship across India throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • All domestic orders are shipped via reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, UBX, or similar express services.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping is free on all domestic orders, unless otherwise mentioned.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most international destinations using trusted partners like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Delivery timeline is typically 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the weight and destination of the shipment.

Duties & Customs

  • Most international orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning you don't have to pay import customs duty.
  • In the rare event you are charged any import duty, you may:
    • Pay the duty on delivery, and
    • Email us the proof of payment. We will issue you a store credit equivalent to the duty amount.

Custom Clearance Delays

  • For some countries (e.g., USA for shipments above $2500), customs may require you to provide identity documents such as:
    • Passport, national ID, SSN, Tax ID, etc.
  • Failure to provide documents on time may result in:
    • Shipment being returned to India.
    • Possible Indian customs duties applied to the return.
    • Please note: In such cases, no refund will be issued, as per international shipping policies.

Packaging & Delivery Notes

  • We usually combine multiple items from a single order into one parcel for eco-friendly packaging and ease.
  • For remote or out-of-delivery areas, our courier partner may charge a remote area surcharge. You will be informed before dispatch if applicable.

Delays & Disclaimers

  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Strikes or transport issues
    • Customs clearance
