Refund policy
We take pride in offering unique, hand-woven products that require delicate care and craftsmanship. Since many of our products are one-of-a-kind and made with pure fabrics, we follow a strict but fair policy for cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help in case of genuine concerns.
Cancellations
- You may request cancellation before the order has been shipped, provided that no custom additions like tassels or fall pico have been made at your request.
- If you cancel your order in time, you can choose:
- A refund to your original payment method (note: applicable payment gateway/bank charges will be deducted).
- Only unstitched garments such as sarees, stoles, and dupattas are eligible for cancellation.
- Custom-stitched garments, fabrics by the meter, and made-to-order apparel cannot be cancelled.
Returns
- We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- If the item delivered has a manufacturing defect or you have received an incorrect product.
- Minor variations in color may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography. These do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
- Products customized with services like fall, pico, or tassels are not eligible for return.
- Stitched garments and fabrics cannot be returned once delivered.
- To initiate a return:
- Email us at help.rangreet@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Include order details and photos (in case of damage/incorrect product).
- If the package appears tampered with, unsealed, or damaged on arrival, do not accept delivery. Take a photo and contact us immediately by email and phone.
- Upon review, we will respond within 5 working days with return authorization instructions.
- Once authorized, send the product back in its original condition, with the bill and tags intact, within 5 days of receiving the authorization.

- We aim to process all valid returns within 7 working days after receiving the item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (return shipping and handling charges may apply).
Exchanges
- You may request an exchange only if no customization (fall/tassels) was applied.
- Stitched garments and cut fabrics cannot be exchanged.
- Any item that has been tried on, used, unfolded, or altered is not eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Both-way shipping charges in case of an exchange
- Any applicable customs duties (especially for international orders)
- If exchange requests are found to be repeatedly misused, we reserve the right to decline future requests.
Important Notes
- We currently do not offer reverse pickup services. Kindly use a trackable courier service for returns.
- All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank/gateway processing time may vary.
- These terms are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (India) and our commitment to honest business practices.
